Even after many years in this wonderful city, and after searching far and wide for a solid American-style hamburger, I just couldn’t find one.

That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands. Using my experience operating guest houses and bars, as well as my love of cooking, I decided to start 67 Diner. Together with my talented team we’re proud to bring some of the best hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and classic diner fare to people in Kyoto.

A little taste of home. A little bit of comfort food. It goes a long way, especially when times are like they are now. I know travelling is hard right now, so I wanted to bring the taste of home right here in Kyoto. That taste can bring people together and cheer everyone up.
